    I am in the process of doing a security wipe Z10 and gone though the shred icon phase now all I have is a black screen (no icons of any sort) and the red/green pulsating LED top right...the device is plugged and I have not turned off at any point, just waiting.

    Is this normal or is the device bricked?

    Normally if it's bricked it's just a red light...not sure what's going on here...

    The phone shuts off after a wipe I believe. So just hold the power button down to boot it up.
