Hello Forum,
something weird happened to my Z10;
I can't find my newly created screenshots...

Steps:
1. I simultaneously press the volume up and volume down button.
2. I hear the camera shutter Sound
3. I take a look into Pictures - Recently Added or at "Camera"
4. I can see old screenshots, but none of new screenshots ?!

What could have gone wrong?

What are you taking a screen cap of? If you are using Blackberry Balance and you are in your corporate email, you have to switch to the work partition to find those pictures.

I've also discovered that in the process of making screen shots for setup documentation that some screens just don't allow you to capture them. It's weird.

I was trying to get screenshots of battery guru which runs in the personal partition.
really weird.

Now I have to find an easy way of transferring the screenshots to my PC. Connected via USB, but can't find the pictures on Y: or Z:.
Afraid that I have to send them by email, [Edit:] since USB Mass Storage can't be switched on (greyed out)...
