So I recently updated my Z10 to the latest 10.1. When I do a screen grab you can hear the shutter go off, however when I go to my pictures the grab is nowhere to be found. I did go to file manager and look there, but again nothing. This has me quite puzzled, any help/tips?

weird< it shows up when i go to pictures. to find it, click on the camera button than click on the pics......

I did that as well. I even went so far as to connect to my PC and look through all the files, still not there. Its as if the phone is taking the screen grab, but not saving it; I wonder if there is a setting that needs to be changed?

It's on your device memory under camera

Ok, then maybe I am just crazy. I take the screen grab, go to File Manger>Device>Camera. I see the photos that I take with the actual camera itself, but not the screen grabs.

Also, just an FYI, I did search this site and look in all the possible locations. I appreciate the help though.

Not to beat a dead horse, but are you sure you're looking in Camera folder under Device memory, NOT under Media Card?

Ok, found the issue, the grabs were being saved on the work side instead of personal. Derp on my part.

Haven't gotten my media card yet (been slacking on that). Also, updated my profile and thanks for the welcome, I am LOVING this Z10!

They are always stored on the device in the camera folder.
