I'm considering getting a used Z10. I'd like to know what repair options exist for these phones. For example does Blackberry accept repairs via mail or are there authorized service centers?

Is there a fixed fee repair price like Apple's $125 iPhone repair?

I checked the web site. There it says:

Blackberry does not repair devices. If you are in the States your warranty is held by the carrier that sold it. So usually a used device has no warranty unless you are using it on the carrier it was intended for and within the 1 year Window.

Can the parts be had from reputable vendors? I've found at least 1 motherboard for sale. If parts can be had and/or there are well respected 3rd parties that repair these phones, that would be helpful to know.
