Use BlackBerry Link and reload the OS. After the is plug it and let it charge. You should be good to go after the charge.

Let it charge for at least 12 hours and then try to open it again. Let us know if it works.

I've had this happen lots of times with my Z30, it just went into a reboot loop with the red light flashing after an autoloader / BlackBerry Link OS restore. Try flashing it with a radio-only autoloader (~50 MB) for your device. Fixed it for me everytime.

Contact your carrier and get a replacement.

If you have tried loading different OS's using BBLink and autoloaders and the problem persists and is not solved, it may be a hardware problem. If less than one year old, you may have warranty service. In some countries warranties may be longer.

    What have you tried?

The autoloader you used must have been corrupt / incomplete. Happened to me once. I just downloaded the autoloader again, and that one worked just fine.

It shouldn't matter which one you use as long as it is for your device STL100-2. The 10.3 radios are about 50MB, for 10.2.1 it's around 30MB. You would need the right OS branch for phone calls and SMS to work, but I was able to fix the red light on 10.3.0 with a 10.2.1 radio, so that's not it.

Try a different one (see Thurask's excellent autoloader archive). If it's still not working, install the complete OS autoloader again. You may need to re-download it in case your download got corrupted. It may also help to start the autoloader first and connect your device when it says "Connecting to bootrom". Try timing it so you connect it right after a reboot (if nothing else works even after a battery pull) so the autoloader may install before the phone gets into the red light/reboot loop again.

    Good luck!

But I did not find any radio file size 50MB of any version 10.2 and 10.3 or even 10.1

look at radio archive of z10 here
    chrome://mega/content/secure.html#F!yY8VUT4R!jd8zehZC87cjVqdTSkRM7g

I've tried all the versions After the update is complete blackberry logo appears then shutdown
    Do not complete bootup

    any solution please ??

You're right, I only remembered the Z30 radios from memory. The Z10 ones are quite a bit smaller.
If the radio doesn't fix it, you should try re-downloading and re-installing the entire OS (or try a different one).
If it's still not working then, you may be having a hardware error
