Hello last few days I have a dodgy worries on my Z10, it reboot itself and I do not know if there is a kind of diary to know or it may come from. Em he did this at least once a day at any hour.

The most common reason I see for random reboots is side-loaded applications, ie applications not installed from Blackberry World.

Also, that's a pretty old version of the firmware. I believe Orange/EE just started releasing an update 2 days ago:

Yup. I have this problem also. The reason why I know is that my Active Frames disappear, so I know my phone has rebooted somewhere in between. Have uninstalled all sideloaded apps and will wait to see whether it reoccurs.

Thank you I just did a Security Wipe and I will avoid installing applications. Bar. By cons on the update xxxx.90, what they mean by "General improvement and Support for third party applications?" Is this related to the fact. Bar or .... no report? I hope that Orange France is going to move quickly, because it is a bit abused there I think.

OP - if you have enabled the option to send diagnostic reports to BlackBerry then they will have logs to review. The data usage is minimal and can be disabled whenever you choose.

Same thing with me. Z10 from AT&T in the USA. Not sure why. Has not happened while using phone but it has happened twice in the past week so far as I can tell. I hope BlackBerry is keeping tabs on this. (I have allowed data collection) just checking CB to find out it is something I should be concerned about or not. (Software version 10.

I have had the same problem. It happened 3 different occasion on the last 2 weeks. I hope it gets fix soon by BlackBerry
