    My wife has a z10 through Verizon wireless. She dropped it on our kitchen floor and the screen cracked. I ordered a new screen through Amazon. This was the LCD/Digitizer only and not the midframe+LCD assembly, so it was a bit of a challenge. Everything worked once I put it back together but the power button does not work. Presently can only turn on screen with the charger. Anyone run into this problem? I will take it apart and put it together again but I am wondering if there is a trick to installing the motherboard and power button that I missed.

    I figured it out. I forgot to attach a ribbon in the upper right corner of the motherboard.

    I think I still have a pin/rod of some kind from my Osborne One computer's disk drive which was giving me troubles!!!! Never could figure out where it went!
