    Even after upgrading to the latest version, it still doesn't work!
    Sometimes it works, and sometimes not! Still can't figure it out??
    I've also experienced the random self-restarting in 2013, after jumped to 10.2 no restart so far!
    Any idea would be appreciated.

    Use the BlackBerry Virtual Expert app to test out the proximity sensor's functionality. Then do a security wipe.
