So My Z10 Battery Life has been reduced to 3-4 hours, phone constantly Overheats too.

I would Blame the Battery and get a new one, but all battery apps say that the battery is in good condition, also tried a friend's battery and the problem was still the same.

When the phone Overheats, everything becomes slow and unresponsive, I have to pull battery to prevent a fire in my pants.
When I pull the battery I notice that the phone itself is way hotter than the battery, esp next to the hdmi and usb ports. If you put a finger near, Feels like hot air is coming out of the ports.

I had the same issue once. Only thing that helped was to reload the OS. It was some app running in the background wearing down my battery and making the phone so hot I couldn't even hold it!

Reload the OS and do not restore. Load everything from scratch. Only way to get rid of what's going wrong on there. Sorry. Not a nice thing to hear first off in the morning, I know.

Device Monitor should be able to show what is using the battery. Also, check the cpu tab and see what appears to be running. That might zero in on the app.

Task Manager can also show what android apps are running in the background and allow you to kill them.
