I just got the new Z10 and can't get my email to work off of my Microsoft Exchange account. I have had 2 Blackberry's before with no problem. Does anyone know if the Z10 syncs with Outlook 2003? Any ideas to make this work?

I have a personal Exchange account and it is syncing nicely with Outlook on my Mac and my Z10, except for deleted items. I believe the Z10 won't sync deleted items with Exchange on anything.

I have my z10 working on eas at work that is 2003, it received email right away but contacts and other features were not syncing. What i did was to turn off all syncs on that account and then just turned on email and calendar. With 2003 tasks and memo pad cause problems. Hope this helps.

I'm using it on my Z10 with Exchange 2003 as both IMAP and active sync (multiple accounts). Highly recommend going the ActiveSync route. We host mail for clients and I'm moving them all to ActiveSync because the support on the Z10 is exceptional. It just "works"..

It's true that deleted items don't get sync'd, but that's in THIS version. :-)

Don't do the geek squad nonsense as that's only applicable if you DO NOT have access to an Exchange server.

Remember: no more BIS, so no more delete on handheld only.
