It wasn't easy but I contacted the call center and basically heard back from a manager, the customer support team truly are great!! They told me they'll be available for purchase through resellers like CB very soon though

I think his looks better than the stock white phone. It's also kind of unique and might get people asking questions about it. I was going to get the black one, but now I have to rethink that decision.

I like the "ice cream sandwich" look, but not the red back. I think the red would look a lot better on a black phone.

I called 1-877-255-2377, asked to speak to a manager, one of the staff gave me a personal contact for someone at BB's marketing team, spoke to them and they took care of me.

I don't want to circulate their email, it would be irresponsible on my part

looks nice and yeah you can buy the back plate online from places now i think even CB has them.
