My hub has two email accounts, a Facebook, and previously a NY times app.

My phone is on normal, but I never get any sound notifications or new red icons any time I get an email or Facebook. Only the NY times app actually notified me.

I couldn't find anyone with this exact issue when searching. How do I fix it to notify me when I'm emailed?

Bluetooth is off, NFC is off.

settings-> messages are on, sound is on, red light is on.

Turned phone off and on again. Blackberry link is off.

did u check the sound option for email? is it on as well? its default set to off for some reason,,,

Yeah messages is set to on. Nothing just says email. The red light never flashes either.

I've left the battery out for 5 minutes and nothing. When I swipe from top down on the lock screen, bedside mode always appears on, it says notifications off, and i try tapping it, exiting, but when i swipe down again it says notifications off. i dont know if thats why.
