    So here's what happened: I put the 10.2 update in last night, and decided that it wasn't exactly what I had expected. I reverted to my 10.1.0.2354, and when it loaded, I thought I had 4G... I did a restore, and it seems I didn't. I've had TMO reset my network, tried different radio files, and did a security wipe - and nothing.

    Does anyone have any input or help?

    Also, I DID NOT have 4G with the 10.2 OS installed.

    When u bought the Z10, did it came with a new preloaded sim card? Or u just bought the set only and used your old sim?

    I changed my old sim(which I've used for 3 years) and I got 4G after that. Before the sim change I didn't have 4G.
