Thought I would share this with anyone having the same issue.

    Long story short:
    - Z10 wouldn't connect to BlackBerry Link
    - Reinstalled Link, and erased all drivers
    - Restarted computer and blackberry
    DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM!

    FIX:
    Hard reset of Z10

    Procedure:
Hold "vol +" and "vol -" keys at the same time for around 15 seconds. Blackberry will reset and should be able to connect.

    Notes:
    - Reinstalling Blackberry Link and deleting drivers NOT required
    - For hard reset you do not need to hold the power button at the same time. The PlayBook you require all three buttons
    - Hard reset does not change anything on your phone. Not sure what exactly it does but it has never ruined any files or required me to restore any data after doing the reset

    Disclaimer:
    You people are beautiful. Enjoy!

To hard reset, you just have to hold the power button for 10-15 seconds, no need to hold the volume buttons at all.

No issues here, but some ppl had this issue try just turning off the wifi and then connect to BlackBerry link.

Like I said never had issue ever even wifi wifi on, but for some not sure why they get this issue, so they turned off wifi and worked np's.

That's correct. Tested it out. I guess you can hold any physical button for 15 seconds to create a hard reset.

Note: to confirm you did a hard reset, open the Hub after reset and it will say "Repopulating Hub" (or something like that). If hub opens up normally then try again by holding the button longer.
