    So i own two Z10s myself.
    I'am using them with the same sim card, but actually only one got the update for BB 10.2. I tried several times restarting the other one etc. but nothing is happening. It's already been two days since the other one got the update, but nothing helps me to get the update for the other one too.
    I dont wanna use Sachesi or other methods. I want the official Update.

    Anybody got an idea ?

    Who is your carrier? Also, when you say you're using the "same" SIM, you mean swapped from one phone to the other? Not sure how all carriers push, but have you tried the second phone, no SIM, on wifi?

    Carrier is Eplus- Germany. I do switch the SIM from one to the other phone regularly.
    Gonna try the other phone now without SIM. Thanks!
