    I am wondering how do I set up that sim card that allows you to pay with the device by NFC?? Has anyone done this, how do I do it do I need to call my carrier and buy a sim card or what do you?

    I want to make payments using NFC and in the phone package it says active the sim card and make payments using nfc.

    You need a 3rd party app and I don't believe one exists yet for BB10. You could try sideloading an android NFC payments app.
