Problem started 3 weeks ago. Did not do software upgrade. All I do is traveling, so go in and out of Airplane mode frequently

I have tired Restarts, Reboots, Battery Pull for 15 mins, Reloaded software, Complete security wipe, Cleaned up Mic area ....

I don't know what else to try.

Only reason I am still hanging with BB is the BB HUB... Simply love it...If this mic thing doesn't resolve, I would switch this time for sure...

Anyone has any solution for this please help, went through endless forums but didnt see any solution.

It cant be a hardware issue since mic works in speaker mode.

go to amazon and buy the screen part with all accessories on it ,it comes with tools too for 13.00
speaker mic it's different from regular mic which it's located on the bottom of the screen ,the speaker mic it's located next to on button
you will find a video on youtube how to replace it it's easy takes less the 5 min .

As I said in another post, it's likely a hardware issue. I paid $55 to have the mic on my 2 year old Z10 replaced at a local cell phone repair store, and it was money well spent.
