Hello, my issue is that when I'm playing a game say temple run 2 and while I'm charging the phone connected to the wall the phone starts to get warm and I loose battery even when charging! From 78% it when to 75% in a 20 minute game play.

If I leave the phone alone it charges a little but slow but doesn't lose power...
My OS is 10.2 and my phone is 4 months old, thanks!

Just to clarify I'm using the original USB cable connected to a Motorola USB charging head, I lost the original BlackBerry square charger.

I think playing games on a device while charging the battery is bad for the battery.

BlackBerry Z10 charger output is 850mAh, 1.8A. So that Motorola charger should be enough; looks like Temple Run is just that intensive that it drains so much.

But it's not on my phone for example. Op has a different problem and it's either hardware or software

I missed your question. OP raised a question of rapid battery drain while playing Temple Run and using a Motorola adapter to charge with, to which I answered.

You should be using a charger that outputs at least 1 amp. Playing games while using the z10 definitely drains my phone as well. The stock charger with 850mA isn't enough for that power demand.

There was no question. I was commenting on what you told to op. You said that because the charger is fine, then it's because of temple run. And I said that it can't be because I always play temple run and other games while charging my phone and no problem arises

Maybe the screen brightness is higher, using more power?
