hi there guys, got an odd one here, im trying to call aviva claims dept. on 0844 891 1111 and as soon as the call forwarding-conditional message pops up my phone ends the call ive tried resetting and battery pulling but for nothing, all other numbers are fine to call, please help!

Try with your country code in the place of the "0"
Make sure that the number still exists. Last week a buddy of mine changed his phone number and I got exactly the same thing. Instead of a response from the carrier that the number is unused or something, my phone just ended the call.

hi thanks very much i tried these and although they didnt work i found out it was my carrier who automatically block payed numbers when i dont have enough credit
