Make sure ur headphone is pushed all the way in.

Never experienced the other problems and we have two Z10s in our home.

no problems here but say it does assign itself the button in the middle of the volume buttons. easy to hit. Sounds like one of the defective bad batch batterys.

Let me get this straight, your speaker decides to turn off and your phone dies with 27% battery life left and you're sole worry is apps launching while listening to music? Lol, priorities are a bit strange but ok.

Like others have already asked, it would be helpful to know what OS you're on so that we can help you narrow down the issue.

If Say it is launching, then is it possible you are hitting the center button on the side which launches Sayit?

Another option may be the OS version you are running. I seem to remember one of the OS's had a few complaints about the music player.

You can calibrate your battery so the phone doesn't shut off. There are a number of threads in how to do this.

In the original headset of BlackBerry in the mic there is a button. 1 click is opening the music app and holding down is opening the voice command.
