    Hi, I have a blackberry z10 stl 100-1, I bought it 2 months ago. When I started using it, it was fine, then it started switching itself off despite having charge in its battery. I then changed the network options to 3G only from 3G/2G. Then the screen started freezing during use. it freezes and slowly looses color and goes from colored screen to black and white then totally black. This happens during normal use. When I use the phone without the sim card it runs very well. I have done a couple of factory resets and im running os 10.3.1.1784. I don't know what to do. It's frustrating. Please help!!! I love my z10 so much!

    I have a very similar problem..I think I'm going to update to a newer OS.. hopefully that will work better
