Guys need your help... maybe anyone having the same problem.

This is actually happen before for my Z10 STL100-2
Today this is happening again to both my Z10 STL100-2 and my wife Z10 STL100-1

Basically the Z10 being restart and its did restart correctly. However its freeze when you want to unlock it. Restart, Reboot, Battery pull have no effect, so my last resort is to restore both Z10 using Autoloader.

My Z10 STL100-2
Running 10.2.1.1055 with Picture Password and Running Headless apps. (I believe this is not because of the headless apps, because when its first happen I also running the headless apps but different one.

My wife Z10 STL100-1
Running 10.2.1.1055 with Picture Password and also Running Headless apps.

This happen after the headless apps being upgrade, somehow headless apps does not want to be killed or something like that. Anyone know how to fixed this?

When you restore your backup DO NOT restore "SETTING" only media files and contacts/calendar.
You don't want to restore older (system) setting to a newer OS. That's something everyone seems to overlook.
Make sure your upgrade is fully set up. there are a few screens you should go through. welcome, Wi-Fi ( you should skip that one and lastly sign in to your BB account. Then, you're ready to restore.

If you have a problem after this, it most likely corrupt files. You should probably download a new set for the leak to play it safe.

No.. this freeze happen not upon restoring backup. In fact I never restore backup

Mine just started freezing up within the last 2 weeks and it has never done this b4

How are you unlocking? Are you swiping or using the power button at the top? if you you are swiping maybe the swipe to unlock is disabled in the settings.

or a foreign app is most likely the problem.
It's obviously not the device. It's gotta be in the software or the puppy chow!

At the moment my suspicion are on headless apps, which combine with picture password somehow create the freeze. I know 10.2.1.1055 is a leak but I hope someone from BB will read this thread and find a solution for this problem.

BTW anyone know how to kill/terminate the headless apps?
