At the end of the day, this is a plastic phone. Is it nicer than a Samsung phone? Yes.
But is it as premium feeling as an iPhone 4-5 or HTC One? No, and if you say otherwise you're in denial.

However, the Z10 does have a solid feel, and good weight.

I used my old 4s for a year with no case (skin on entire phone) and ended up selling it in absolute mint condition. If you know how to take care of your property, you shouldn't have a problem with any type of material.

I agree, the Z10 really does feel good in the hand after a while.
My old GS3 never felt good in the hand... always like a huge, flimsy piece of sh*t. lol

i do like the feel of the glass and such of my nexus more than the z10. I agree the plastic does affect the feel of the device. But it does have good balance.

The iPhone is a fine piece of hardware, and so is the Z10.

If your friend needs to comment on how the Z10 feels cheap rather than how the iPhone is well built, he must feel rather insecure

If we all had the same taste there would only be one brand. Just handed my z10 to a friend with an iphone and all he said was "nice, how much?". I actually still have to find an "adult" I know who did not like it. Just the kids go bah...

You know what I hate, that people think Aluminium, glass, or steel is some sort of exotic materials or industrial design using those materials isn't overdone already. Gah.

In any case, I think the Z10 looks down right classy and I love the feel of the back. I'm never putting a case on mine. At most, I'll have a pouch or holster if it needs to be carried in something else.

PS I also love the option of the replaceable battery (I just wish CB would get the charger bundle in stock already!). I have a PowerBag and some external packs I've used for my other mobile devices (Kindles, Mobile Phones, bluetooth, etc), but at the end of the day, if you run out of juice you have to charge your phone before you can use it.

Very true. Lol our phones look nothing like an iPhone. Which is fantastic.
