    I go into file manager and the PC is listed under my devices but it will not allow me to connect. I have tried turning off my firewall on my pc. Re-installed Link didnt work. Any advice?

    Oh your phone go to:

    Settings->About->Network
    Press the 3 little dots at the bottom left to bring up the overflow menu.
    Then press "Register BlackBerry"

    It may take 15 minutes or so, but it should work then,
    That is assuming that you're running 10.1 (at least) on your phone. You need at least 10.1 in order to use remote file acccess.
    You also have to turn on Remote File access on both your phone and in BB Link.

    Also make sure you have "use cellular" checked, if you are not using your wifi.
