what else can i say i cant access the files from my z10 via my pc....(but for some reason when BB Link decides to works i can, but only through BB link, not through the option by clicking on "my computer" and locating the device from there)......

This was first notice on my other friends labtop.........

Oh this is my second z10, and the first never had this problem(that one decided to shutdown on its own sometimes and couldnt play music loud enough via headphones)

Iv searched online and tried every trick in the book, still got warranty thinking about returning this one to get a new one.......

Try:

- 'settings'
- 'storage and access'
- under 'access to storage', select 'auto detect', 'connect to windows', or 'connect to mac'
- turn on 'USB mass storage'

If that doesn't work, maybe try using Dropbox, Box, or some other cloud storage option to share files between devices.
