    in the Device Storage device details, it says Other Data - 11.1. GB, Pic 20.2 MB, Doc 3.1.MB ..
    What could this Other data be? How can i check and clear some installation files or cache stuff?

    I noticed this happened to a brand new q10 out of the box. I couldn't find what that other data was even when plugged into a pc. I ended up loading up one of the leaked os's and that fixed the issue. The phone filled up and then none of the applications would load and you couldn't do much with the device.

    The dreaded other data? That's the OS, apps, apps data. Basically, things you'd want fine control of but never had the opportunity to.

    They have to find a way to clear some of the apps cached data. To free up some of that memory would be very useful.
