    I was just wondering if anyone else was having this problem. Every time I try and sync music or videos using BB link I get a connection error. I have wiped my phone several times trying to fix it and also re installed BB link but nothing has seemed to work. Would love if anyone had a fix to this problem as I have a BB Gateway on its way and would love to use my Z10 to control my music in my house. Thanks

    Ya I had this problem (sync for a while, then connection error). The general workaround seems to be: disable wifi on the Z10, connect to computer using usb. If that still doesn't work try disabling your antivirus temporarily.

    Thank You! disabling wifi and plugging it in using usb seemed to fix the problem .
