Is the phone getting hot during this time? Battery life seem reasonable?

You can open Device Monitor and see if you can figure out what was just running while it was in standby. Both Battery info and CPU info can be helpful.

The phone doesn't become hot, and the battery seems normal.
I think it's something that works in background while the phone has the screen off, only when it is not charging (in fact, when it's connected to the charger or cable usb to pc, I don't hear noises).

I have tried to reset from smartphone and blackberry link many times but nothing has changed, however, are really very low noises.

EDIT: Today while I downloaded the maps of the navigator , with the screen off , I didn't listen the noises .
So it only happens when you are not doing anything
