    Hi

    I find the incoming call volume to be very poor, I'm sure it never used to be like this a few updates ago.

    I've tried setting the volume when in a call, altering the treble boost, altering the bass boost. None of it works.

    I can hear the speakers working when testing with the BB virtual expert diagnostic, but find if I receive a call when out in public I have to find somewhere really quiet to hear what the calling party is saying or put it on speakerphone which means the call isn't "private" any longer as others can also hear it.

    Any ideas ? Is the new update going to address call volume?

    I have noticed the same on the same OS, 10.3.2 should be rolling out to us soon so hopefully that fixes it.

    I'm on the same version with Rogers. I usually find I'm turning down for volume because it's too loud. Perhaps it is an issue with your carrier??

    We have sound limits in the EU of 85db but I doubt that is the issue. The problem is that many things could be adding to the reduced sound quality however one thing is known, 10.3.1 had various sound issues.
