So when you add a calendar event you get the list of suggested files and emails. Does anyone know if it's possible to add a file or email that isn't suggested? It seems like there should be a way of doing it but I can't seem to figure it out.

What do you mean, exactly? When I go to my calendar and create a new event, it just asks for the title, time, etc. Why would it suggest anything?

Let's say you get an email from Mr. X, and set up a meeting with Mr. X based on that email. When you go to the calender and view the meeting it will show the details, the people, and emails (top of the screen in the blue bar). If you click email, it will bring up suggested emails and files based on the name of the calender event, people involved,etc.

What I am trying to do is add a file the list that it shows. I have tried renaming the file to match the title of the calender event but it still doesn't show it.

Interesting. Maybe it only adds emails that were specifically exchanged between group members and not based on title? I have no idea though.

No, because the file I want to add is from the email that I made the event from.
