I got a Z10 that when you open the browser it never finishes to load the page. I called Telus and they they told me that since I updated to 10.1 the APN has been disabled and it's an ongoing issue that is going on. I have my doubts however. Does anyone have the same problem?

do you have the little BB symbol on the top right?

does it work with wifi?

have you turned off and then on again data services?

Wifi does not work. Tried to reboot and also tried turning off and on data. And there is the blackberry symbol.

The APN setting has always been grayed out on my device. I'm running the OS 10.1 leak, and have no issues at all. The browser is faster, in fact. I'm also on Telus.

I'm on Telus too and have no problems. Hope you find a solution. Sounds like an isolated incident.

apn always been that way from day 1 on 10.0

I would reload the OS if I were you. It's not such a big deal, and doesn't take time if you do save and restore your backup.

By the way, also on Telus 10.1 and everything's fine. APN is the same as you.

It's happening to me too!!

I'm on telus too.

This is what i noticed.

The browser homepage was set to google.ca - was working fine after upgrade to 10.1 for about 2 days. This afternoon i cleared the cache and cookies in the browser, after that i noticed when i opened my browser google would load but would freeze. i couldnt do anything i couldnt search for anything, if i typed in another address and hit go it would just sit there. Also if i brought up my book marks it wouldnt go to them but would display my bookmarks list.

So what i did was i changed my homepage to bing.ca to test and cleared the search providers. Bing loaded up fine and browser was back to normal i was able to go to other pages.

Once i went to google again in the browser, BOOM it froze again????

It happens only when i go to google. Once i hit google i cant go anywhere else, i have to close my browser and reopen it to get browser to work. Cant search for anything in google at all.

Anyone else with 10.1 on Telus willing to clear there cache, cookies etc and try it?

Just did so � no problems here. Z10STL100-3/10.1.0.1762. On Telus.

Seems weird. I am with Telus and updated to 10.1.0.273 and I can change the APN settings now. I am in Orlando using a Roam Mobility card and receiving data with no problems. I have cleared my cache, and I am still able to get to google.ca. Sorry I couldn't be any help.

Sounds like your applicationCache entry for google.ca is borked.

1. Clear all data from the browser settings.

2. Load this url:
http://www.google.ca/?t

That should hopefully trigger the browser to update the cache manifest.

I think I had the same issue on rogers. It resolved itself over night.

Wifi works for me. Data does not without wifi. Called Telus same thing the apn was disabled with 10.1

Mine still is not working.

It appears to happen on 3 sites ive seen so far.

1. Facebook
2. Google
3. CNN

I'm sure there are alot more that i havent found. This all started after upgrading to 10.1 and doing a clear of the cache+cookies.
