Issue:
Blackberry Z10 battery 3/4 full - hour later 1 red light blink, pause, 4 red light blinks.
battery pulled, usb connected, power button held down... many combinations tried.
Now no blinking lights.
Link does not connect. When Reload is selected from the disconnected devices list, error "reset error - press and hold your device for 10 seconds to power off" when this is done a very brief red light blink occurs on phone. then nothing.
Carries advice (phone is past the 12 month warranty) is to find a "back door reloader" online.

Any and all advice appreciated.

Have you tried downloading an OS in an autoloader form and double clicking it? You need to have your device recognized by your PC tho.....
