i wake up and my phone is dead, i plug it in to charge and all i get is a flashing yellow and red light will not hold charge

after 4 hours no power

calleded BB they advised me it needs swapped out

unfortunately I purchased it from ebay

cost me $81.25 to use it each day it worked

pretty frustrating and pathetic, was starting to like it oh well bye bye...

File an eBay claim, maybe you can get an exchange.

Presumably it's just the battery that is nackered? You can buy replacement ones, on this very site.

its toast but i am covered on ebay phew, going to look at other options for 2nd phone really like the Z10 but no service pretty bad

Weird mine did the same this morning, I pulled the battery numerous times and tried the wall plug in and it wouldn't charge at all. I went to get a coffee and plugged it into my truck charger and it started charging finally...presently at 28%.. Fingers crossed. Hope you get your figured out!
