    HELPPP! I have tried saving my contacts manually to my z10 and one one has saved? What the bells going on? AND I can't download Whatsapp? Please help!! Xx

    Try make an update , then security wipe.
    If you don't have an update security wipe.
    (settings, security and privacy, security wipe ).
    If
    That wouldn't help, try to download an update manually, good luck

    For whatsapp, you require OS 10.0.10.648 (minimum) or higher...
