Hi - I think the Z10 is the best of all BlackBerry 10 devices, as they are making new phone like the Z30 and the Passport but the Z10 basically runs as smooth! And was the first BlackBerry 10 device. Not much has changed apart from the design.

Disagree really, as a z10 owner myself, all touch wise the z30 is better in my opinion,
Screen Technology, AMOLED is better (used AMOLED in my last two devices),
    Battery is much much better,
    It has a FM radio,
    Processor clock speed is higher.

Z10 would have been a great phone, only if it had better battery life. I pretty much like everything else about it.

Need help from Z10 owners out there. I bought a BlackBerry Z10 today (my Q10 died and i need a BlackBerry phone) and i'm aware of the battery problems with this device. Is there any third party battery that can really improve my Z10?

There are some battery threads where folks discuss third party batteries and extender backs.

Also, some folks have opted for the Charging Bundle. It includes an external charger and a battery and can serve as an external power source (no need to remove battery) or you can swap its battery for the one in the phone (you do have to turn off to make the switch)

Z10 is a good phone. My gripes are the battery life, the low quality camera and the lack of stereo speakers. I also find the speaker phone subpar. Folks have a hard time hearing me.

And the thing still reboots on its own now and then. A problem with the Z10 since Verizon launched it. Not. As often but I do see it reboots about once a week.

I like the size and keyboard.

    BlackBerry hates America!

Yes, 48 hours will be hard to reach. Some folks have more than one charging bundle. Also, once you change batteries, if you do, you can be recharging the spent one again. The charging bundles were as cheap about about $10 bucks not that long ago (was it AT&T????)

Although, I am using Z30 now but I would vote for Z10. If I would get other than STL-1, I would certainly go for Z10. It's grip and one hand operation is optimum compare to Z30.

I've the STL-2 version running 10.3.0.1418 and i've the impression that my Q10 was much more smoother. but right now my biggest concern is the battery life, i'm not sure what can be the best option for me.

Like others, Z10 was good for me until the battery started going. Got a replacement battery and was about to go another 18 months with it. Then the Z30 was free from Rogers with multi-plan. The Z30 is no contest for me - much more enjoyable than the Z10.

Since the Passport launched I've decided to carry a work and a personal line. The Z30 works as a perfect personal phone, but the Passport is a dream work phone. Didn't think I'll miss the physical keyboard after going to the Z10 from the trackball Curve. Nothing beats a touch sensitive keyboard.

Yep. Best device and first BB10 device. If it was released today with 10.3.1 the sales figures would be much better.

I have the Z30 and Z10, I still use both as they have their own lines. I use the Z30 as my main phone and the Z10 as a secondary with an extended battery. Both work extremely well but if only the Z10 had the battery life of the Z30, I would have stuck with the Z10.

I still love my Z10 for the battery issue I do carry a power bank but other than that no issues. I have been tempted to try a Z30.Did try a Passport it was awesome but I'm not a keyboard person. Rocking 24-7 with my Z10 & 16GB PlayBook.
