    A friends Z10 on bell won't pick up 10.2 through software up or Link any thoughts?

    There is one other method that you can try; you can go directly to the BlackBerry website using IE to try and download the latest OS: BlackBerry 10 Software Updates - New Update Software for BlackBerry Smartphones - Canada

    I clicked the link, it took me to the BlackBerry site, I clicked on the link for updating from the phone and an info box appeared. I zoomed to read it and it's stuck half on and half off the screen. Attempts to move it are futile. It just bounces around like it's held by rubber bands. I have to zoom out to move it. I guess they don't test their own site using a BlackBerry.

    We updated a colleague's phone using this method and didn't have the same issue.

    Did you click on the link on your PC browser? We had to use this method because my colleague did not have access to BB Link while at work. It was at the time of the 10.1 MR release; the process ran very smoothly for us. An autoloader prompt displayed on screen and it was a simple update.

    It's Still A POS and won't update any of the 3 ways! I'm about to flush or smash it.. I'm irritated beyond believe and I'm tired of hearing how great 10.2 is and not being able to get it!

    I'm tired of losing everything and putting it back the way I want it this is the 3rd z10 I've had.. I love BlackBerry but this phone and my luck suck!

    AYS? Just backup with the link program and download the 10.2.0.1791 and 1792 radio files from the forum, run the exe's . then restore the data and put your passwords back in.
