Hello everyone,


I currently use the Blackberry Q10. I had to switch back to my Z10 today because my Q10 is going in for repairs. When I open BBM on the Z10, it is stuck at "Transferring your BBM Information". I have searched around on the internet for a solution to the problem. All the suggested solutions did not work.


I have tried the following:

- Restart (5 times)
- Battery Pull (5 times)
- Security Wipe (twice)
- Security Wipe & Restore (twice)



Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

try to download the bbm beta channels

Stop pulling the battery. QNX doesn't require it. Go to beta zone and download bbm channels. Works fine.

I do not have access to a Windows computer to download BBM Channels. Can I do this with a Mac?

Think you need a pc unless you can try signing up for beta zone on Mac and then download the app from Bbw for the beta zone app.
