Hi all, my z10 battery sucked big time.. yesterday I tried to update my OS to 10.2.1.2977 through BlackBerry Link as the update is not available OTA In India. I couldn?t update for BlackBerry Link as well as it is not available there as well. But to my surprise my z10 battery life is awesome now. I also had the problem of the battery meter charging till 97% only. But wen connected to my laptop it charged to 100% and now it seems to have a fantastic backup. I haven't charged my phone since yesterday and it still shows 15% after all the heavy use my z10 underwent.
Loving my Z10 more than ever.
So anyone who has the same problem can connect your z10 to your computer via BlackBerry Link and charge it to 100%. Hope that works for everyone.

That's for sure something one may try as it seems really easy and even "if it'll do no good, it won't harm" (nice occasion to backup your device, BTW).
