    my z10 battery is always showing red .. when i am charging then still it is showing red.. it is not charging what i will do now

    Hi. Is there anyway you can try a different battery? Or do you have a known good charging cable that works? We would like to see if it's a hardware kind of issue before asking you to do anything with the OS.
