    guys i need your help!! i am using STL100-1 and OS 10.1.0.273. i am not sure whats happening but my battery doesnt charge completely. sometimes its stops charging at 91 percent..sometimes 84 percent and recently it stopped at 76 percent. Stops as in it says battery full when viewed in an application.

    Did this happen after any changes to the phone (new update, install apps, etc)?

    Do you have a spare battery, or someone who has one? That was you can find out if it's a battery or software fault (the latter I suspect). Others may have a better idea, but, altho' it's a tad drastic, a reset and restore via Link may help...

    Are you using an OEM charger? Have you tried a different outlet? Have you tried letting the battery completely discharge then attempt to recharge the battery using the OEM charger?

    Hopefully one of those are useful to you.

    Try to charge with phone switched off!
    It helped me anyway!

    This happens to my Z-10 sometimes especially after updates from what I noticed. I just downloaded 10.2 yesterday afternoon and last night it wouldn't charge the whole way. I did 2 resets (Holding Down volume up & down buttons) Helped as mine is now charging up to 100% Hope this helps.

    Since i didnt have a spare battery i tried reinstalling the OS..once i did that..the first charge went all the way up to 99 percent but from the second charge onwards it has comeback to 87 percent..now i am really confused as to whether its a battery problem or an OS problem.

    This happens to me when I charge my battery with my PlayBook charger. It only charges to 96%. When I use the charger that came with the phone, it charges all the way to 100%
