With 5 Email Accounts, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn for sync, approx. 3 hours on phone call with 3G network and about 2~3 hours of music (on headphones), I manage to use this set for around 14 hours.

Updated OS does help with battery management. I just never have any Active Frames ever running unless I don't want them to.
Brightness is at 50%, Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi Turned Off

You're welcome. You'll get the hang of it once you start tweaking a little bit and the 10.2.1 Quick Settings help a lot.

Edit: let me add this. If you chat a lot with BBM and WhatsApp, don't use the apps. Use the HUB for those conversations.

Buy a new battery. Or get the charger bundle thing, brilliant accessory.
My first battery was terrible, the 10.2 update helped a little but not much. switched up the batteries on receipt of my charger bundle and a massive improvement. Also got a spare battery so no problem whatever my usage.

OK, here it is, I did a cpl of stuff like:
- delete android Apps
- almost all games are gone
- disable swipe to unlock
- WiFi disable
- NFC disable
- social media account delete
- sync email reduced
- CB10 sync reduced
Let my phone at 11 pm 100% charged till 7 am and still have 63%
Two days ago it was only 33% in the morning.

well, you need to set a sync for: calendar, contacts and all emails in 24 hrs only.

in my experience - it takes about 10% drain during the night (from 00.00 to 7:45)

Yessuz but there is stuff I need in the morning to be up to date, calender a a cpl of Mails, gotta be there when I wake up.
But with what I've done, the results are stunning.
The fun stuff is on the iPad, no more facebook or twitter on phone, and bunch of other things I don't need to have on phone.
Let see how it goes in the future, because I really love my Z10, so I wanna have it as long as I can.

I use it all the day. A lot of emails on push, facebook, Open up many websites, , using ebay all the day, tracking parcels frequently, playing random games, frequently editing excel files, using whats app every 10 minutes, watching youtube, uploading videos on youtube, preloading youtube videos all the day, wifi and location on all the day, listening to music, Calling, watching highlights on wwe app and a lot of things with colorful LED blinking all the day

I charged mine till it reached 100% and 30 minutes additional (I don't know why but it is my habit since I had an iphone).
