Hi,

I had given my z10 to service center for repair and today i got it back after 1 month. I must say BB after sales support is worst in India.
Now when i trying to restore my backups I am getting some different errors everytime.

At moment i am getting this one

Restore skipped for the following archive(s) because they are not available on this device:
Application Data
Media
Settings

This is really frustrating. I have also wiped my phone few times today but no success. Also using latest version of LINK.

Anyone out there to help?

Feels like the backup and the OS running on your phone don't match. It's fairly safe to assume that they send you a device with the OS version they had available at the time.

If you can figure out which OS version you had, you can search for an autoloader or use Sachup to grab/load it.

Where can i find older version of OS? and any instructions on how to install it?

I don't remember what version i had. But if i find out how to install previous versions i would try each and every older versions lol.

If you do a search of the forums you'll be able to find tons of threads (and in those threads, tons of Crackberrians) that will be able to help you out.

On the up side, only one month for repair from BB is actually quite good in my experience...

thanks... i am checking other threads for OS files. hard to find older versions.

one month is too much. if you give iphone for repair you get it done with in a week. cost of Z10 and iPhone are almost same then why no good after sales support like apple.

Just some autoloaders if you have a -1.

Otherwise snoop around in that section for more loaders

I have Z10 STL100-1. I have never tried leaked OS but let me try my luck if that fix restoring issue for me. Thanks for links

You are right. BTW i couldn't find any way to restore backup. so i manually added all contacts and lost all other app and settings.
