    Hi Support i have here an issue regardingto my Blackberry Z10 phone

    I've got a wrong Autoloader on my Phone instead of Blackberry 10.2 STL100-2 Autoloader I've used 10.3.0 STL100-2 wich is dedicated only in Dev Alpha.

    as of now my phone is not working. may we know what is the best resolution for this to use again my phone

    put the new 10.3.0.1052 on its working great and its complete.

    This makes absolutely no sense. 10.3.0 is for all devices. Dev Alpha doesn't even have 10.3...
    If you truly put a STL 100-2 OS on your 100-2 device, it will work. If it doesn't, you're doing something wrong

    Would be a miracle if he didn't and still managed to brick his phone. Then again, kids these days, it really wouldn't surprise me...

    I didn't extract the exe file when I used it I just opened it from in winrar. Should I remember to completely extract it next time?
