    If it is a paid app, you have to run it through a converter. That is paid apk apps should not be sitting around the Internet in bar format. But why don't you sit tight and wait for that 10.2 rev that plays apk files directly.

    Whatever used to work on my PC for conversion stopped. But I switched to downloading apk to bar converted files off the net rather than converting files myself. You can probably find someone on the forum to do a conversion for you.

    Personally, if a real apk runtime is around the corner, I wouldn't aggravate myself with conversions.
