My Z10 with 2.0.1803 paired up easily and works smoothly with sound system. The sound is very awesome with 5.1 surround system.

My question: My normal lock screen timing is set for 90 seconds. When paired to Acura, the lock screen is about 10 seconds. Is this normal? Why would the lock out times be different? When I pair with other devices, the normal 90 second timing is used. Only shorter with car connection.

I take it you've never tried to use BlackBerry Maps for navigation whole connected to " My Car." The option should be there to stop the lock screen from appearing in specific apps.

When you go into your Bluetooth settings, you can "unset" it from your car. It will still be paired but you'll lose the fancy automaker symbol. Losing the symbol is well worth losing the annoying 10 second lockout.

I noticed the same. My z10 paired to my Acura shows the lock screen in about 10 seconds.

I have a Ford Focus Titanium and it did this same thing with the OS 10.2.1047. But, with 10.2.1055 it doesn't do this anymore...
