    I don't believe we have that option on AT&T. But I hope it will be available abroad.

    Try turning off the radios through the engineering screen.

    Use the escreen at your own discretion, if you're sure about what you're doing. Not for the novice.

    That's right. They lock out that option. It will always connect to the best signal it can find. If all it can find is 2G, then that's what you will get.

    Although, someone over in the leaked OS 10.2.1.575 thread discovered that they got all the network data type settings in their phone on AT&T for the first time ever.

    I haven't tried that OS, so I can't confirm.
