Guys as several people have stated there is an issue with screen rotation after the update. If you hold your phone in portrait, lock screen rotation and the go into hub/calander/weather the defaults these apps to landscape. Unlock the screen rotation and they then revert to portrait.

I don't know about others but I find this massively annoying and something I hope gets patched in the next few days.

After update my Z10 ( STL 100-1) stuck in 98% , written 'Installing Update' and nothing. Try to remove battery but nothing. Percentage come to 90 % and stuck again. I have Z30 also. Updated, no problems.

Any suggestions???

Mine doesn't do that when I put rotation lock on, but I never ever normally use it anyway.

mines just says "Device shutting down", the battery was/is full, when i plug in the charger, the device opens up very nicely, but then again it says "Device shutting down" after i remove the charger .......?

Dude remove your battery for minimum half an hour or 1 hour than start your problem will be solved 100%

Now, this is irritating....

• I had 10.2, running smooth (it had everything, snap, android apps, all my accounts with remembered passwords)
• last week, got a prompt, new 10.3 is available for download
• downloaded 10.3.1565 - 963MB
• within 10 minutes, got a message "Turning Off Device". In one night, restarted it something like 10 times (10.3 times, hehehehe)
• next day took it to service center, who downgraded it to 10.2 but it was a "data swipe" hence lost all apps, all passwords
• since then 10.2 was running smooth, as before
• 3 days ago, i upgraded to 10.3, thinking that now the device does not have anything additional as in apps, ,just simple 10.2 upgraded to directly 10.3
• On 10.3, no new apps downloaded, but still after every 15-20 minutes, it says "Turning off device" more than 15 times a day and it won't restart until I plug in the charger..... (cannot turn it on with charger, battery is more than 90% always)

I do not have this issue on my Z10STL100-3/10.3.1.2267.

After your phone is upgrading to 10.3.1, I would recommend that you a security wipe after the installation, will resolve most of the issues.

My z10 restores device settings to defaults every time it is switched on. I've updated via Sachesi and have this since the update.

Has anyone come across this issue...? is there a fix?

My phone goes to portrait clock in bedside mode when I put in on its stand instead of landscape. To work around I have to swipe menu down tap bedside mode then put it on its stand rotation works then.

Ya, even i thought so but the battery never went out during 10.2 but after 10.3 it goes out on it own......
