Nope, It will return to pre-setup state with the latest OS installed.
edit: not sure if it is a yes/no lol

If you are using a leak (10.2.1.xxx) the security wipe will put you back to pre-setup phase but on the same OS version (10.2.1.xxx).

If you want to get back ti 10.2.0.xxx then you need to use blackberry link or sachesi or autoloader or that Os
