I have a Z30 and 2 Z10's. One Z10 randomly reboots for no reason. Doesn't matter battery strength, could be 50% or 100%. It's getting very annoying. The other phones work fine.

Recently had similar issue and -- at least in my case -- turned out to be the SD card. Backed it up, then used phone to erase and reformat. So far ended reboots. May not be same for you, of course. BTW, easy way to tell is run the phone with no SD card and see.

Or try shimming the battery so that it stays snug against its contacts.

Mine z10 has been random restart and I found that battery poor contact. Check battery is properly secure and door is fully locked. Good luck.

Will also try battery trick but it does it when sitting on a table not being touched. Started about a week ago.

Got the same Problem.
two Z10 with the same Softwareversion and one is rebooting randomly.

Even when lying on the table.
The batterie has no Contactproblem already tryed.

Mine does the same. I'll be bringing it in for service today. Hope they don't just update the software. Cause that's not it.
