    I don't know how my Z10 has been randomly shutdown since the last update from Verizon rolled out.

    This it really annoying because my phone is turned off randomly, this has happened twice during recent days.

    Anyone has the same issue?

    I downloaded the recent Verizon update through Link on my STL100-4 but have not had any reboots. I have had my Hub and dialer freeze up though. They both froze on the first day after the update. Seem to have settled down now and have had no new issues creep up.......yet...... Fingers crossed. Hope your reboot issue settles down too.

    My phone has been turned off, that caused my missing phone call and emails, I'm getting tired of 004 version while my wife's is 001 has no problem at all. This is ******* annoying for my daily use

    When you say 001 and 004 are you referring to the model number (eg stl-100-1, stl-100-4?) also judging by the description you provided your phone had a bad install which can be fixed by 1) reloading the software using BlackBerry link or 2) waiting it out or 3) a hard reset which is what I would recommend. in order to do this hold both the volume up and down buttons until the device resets ( it will take a screen shot that's normal)

    Yes, i did mean that 100-1 & 100-4

    Thanks for your information, i will continue monitoring if it still happen i will wipe out every thing and reinstall from the beginning

    If it doesn't work tell us and we'll see what we can do. Also as a side note that 100-4 you have is an upgraded 100-1 you can get 4Glte on your phone your wife can only get 3g and below

    Was your recent update OTA? If so, hook up your Z10 to Link, run a backup, then reload the OS while still hooked up to Link.
